Your Story Counselling offers Individual, Couples, & Family Counselling for a variety of needs. All our clinicians hold a masters level training and more in Psychotherapy and utilize evidence-based practices and approaches. We believe that even that best of relationships can sometimes be boggled down by life's unexpected pitfalls and challenges. We work with couples to help them reignite their passions, their teamwork, and their communication. Sometimes it's the people closest to us that we end up misunderstanding and hurting. We aim to help partners understand what gets in the way of them supporting each other in the ways that they would like to be supported. There are so many things in this world that stand to divide and alienate us from those we love, Our goal is to help partners get back to intimacy, love, and trust in order to build a stronger and more resilient partnership. We help partners fighting against each other to come back together so that as a team, you can work together in tackling all that life has to throw at you.
